TZJ SUPER-M series of modified kaolin is produced by surface coating of the calcined kaolin particles with different couplers such as silanes and stearic acid. This modified kaolin improves compatibility and performance with in a number of systems according to the different applications within the rubber, cable and plastic sectors with applications ranging from polyamide systems to peroxide curing systems. 

 

TZJ SUPER-M-2 is vinyl functional silane modifined calcined kaolin with high whiteness, fine size, low viscosity and high opacity. It has been specifically developed for use in very high voltage cable insulation based on ethylene-propylene rubber(EPR). Because of its multi hole and platy micro structure, could substantially increase the insulation property of cables to cut down dielectric loss. SUPER-M-2 imparts electric stability both at high working temperatures and under wet conditions for the working life of the cable. SUPER-M-2 also could give rubber good mechanic property and improve tensile strength, tearing strength and elongation at break. SUPER-M-2 also could be used in other polymers such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), cross-lined polyethylene and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers.
